My neighbor has the rake shown. I orderedbr /yours but what I received is nothing likebr /what's shown. The one I wanted is shown. br /The one I received rakes head was small and br /ineffective if used to pull deep snow off onesbr /roof. Returned absolutely untouched. Hope br /we get our full refund.

It works but - h20 chaser - colorado
It is pretty flimsy if you add all 3 extensions. I have not yet done so. I added two and I really think that is all it can handle. If there is a lot of snow on the roof, it feels even with two that is will break. Although, it did do as it was designed, I think it would have performed better had I had it for the first snow. I did have about 7" on the roof before the first use.
